The agreement
These terms are between you and Make a Dent, LLC, 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713 (“we”), for the Face Stats website, the scan and the early-access list. By joining, you accept them.
What the scan is
The scan measures the proportions of your face and assigns one of six archetypes. It is descriptive, not a rating and not a score, and it is not medical advice. The projection is a simulated image and is labelled as such; it is an illustration of what the levers of your archetype could do, not a promise.
Your part
- You are a man aged 18 or over.
- You scan your own face, live, with your own camera.
- You give an email address you control.
- You share only your own result, and a link you share shows the card you chose to whoever holds it.
Early access
Joining puts you on the list to get the Face Stats app before the public launch, at the early-access price. We will email you on launch day. The list, the perks and the launch date can change before then; if they do, we will tell the list first.
Your data
What we keep and how to delete it is set out in our privacy notice, which forms part of these terms.
Our part
We provide the scan as it is, free of charge, and cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
